Provided that students have completed specialized training in the national health system in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology or other surgical specialties (for Spanish physicians), or have obtained accreditation for a surgical specially in another country, this master’s degree will provide students with sufficient theoretical and practical knowledge to enable them to develop subspecialties in shoulder and elbow surgery, and wrist and hand surgery.
This master’s degree will allow them to acquire sufficient theoretical knowledge to take the European Board of Hand Surgery Diploma Examination (FESSH) from the Federation of European Societies of Hand Surgery.
